With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry including roles at Paradigm Talent Agency, FX Networks, and various independent film companies as well as his own filmmaking work, Jesse blends deep creative expertise with years of organizational consulting work.

He has led multi-year engagements for Fortune 100 corporations, leading advertising agencies, Academy Award–winning production companies, and Broadway theaters, consistently focusing on helping passionate, ambitious teams thrive. Jesse holds a degree from Cornell University in Psychology and Performing & Media Arts and is driven by the belief that imaginative, people-first thinking enables individuals and organizations to connect and excel.
